Rules for swap:
1. No outdoor/garden plants (houseplants only)
2. No standard golden pothos (we all got one)
3. No nursery pots (except for freebee table)
4. All plants must be pest-free
5. You may bring plant-related supplies but keep in mind everything you bring must fit on a 3’x3’ space, no more
6. NO PRE-TRADES, the point is to get to know new people and keep everyone on an even playing field
7. Where your name tag, let’s be friends
8. No swap shaming, if you aren’t interested, kindly decline but remember we all started somewhere
9. Trading up is allowed (ie-you can turn around and swap an item for which you just traded)

Procedure:
Everyone will be given a number to display at their spot. The first ten minutes will be open viewing, write down the numbers you’ll want to come back and trade with. Group your items into two sections: high value and low value trades, giving viewers an idea of what the owner will expect for their items. After ten minutes, moderator will call time and open the floor for trading. After 50 minutes, moderator will close trading.
